The cleanliness of the room was impressive, and it was nice to have a free bottle of water upon arrival. the hotel's location was convenient, as it was situated in a lively area with plenty of restaurants and cafes within walking distance.
The check-in process was a bit confusing, and we had trouble getting in touch with hotel staff when we needed assistance. amenities in the room were lacking, as there was no fridge and the milk in the room for coffee was not restocked.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful, making us feel welcomed and well taken care of. The breakfast they served was superb, offering a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. The hotel facilities were great, with a beautifully updated building that maintained its historic charm while being in excellent condition. The cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding, ensuring a comfortable and hygienic stay. Additionally, the location of the hotel, right in the heart of the city, was convenient and allowed easy access to transportation.

the staff is very friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant experience. the breakfast provided is superb, offering a wide variety of delicious options to start your day off right. the building is updated and in great condition, while still maintaining its historical charm.
The self, check, in process can be confusing at first, but the staff is diligent in following up to ensure a smooth check.

The location of the hotel was not ideal, being situated in a less desirable part of town. However, it was still within walking distance to the suspended train, providing easy access to the main city destinations.
